Our Origin Story

In 2007, our co-founders, Stan Zylowski and April Seggebruch, met and wrote the business plan for Movista while attending the University of Arkansas’ Walton College of Business. Both retail veterans, they had personally experienced the pain points and process obstacles involved with doing field work. They also knew that managing a field workforce provided another full set of challenges, in terms of visibility to execution and the ability to stay in-the-know about project status or day-to-day operations.

In 2010, they decided it was time to take the leap of faith and launch their Bentonville-based firm to help businesses bring efficiency, accountability and service excellence to the field workforce management process.
 
Today, we have grown to a team of more than 40 employees and we proudly serve many of the world’s best retailers, brands and service organizations. When we can help a business transform their processes – and have the opportunity to see those teams develop into the best possible versions of themselves – it’s an awesome feeling and we love being a part of that journey.


ONE With Our Community

At Movista, community involvement is one of our core values. We believe it’s important to be socially responsible, especially when blessed with abundance – we’ve been fortunate, in that our hard work has come with its fair share of rewards and this has put us in a position to pay it forward to our neighbors. We are proud to give back to our community.

With this focus, we created a company initiative called ONE with Our Community. This team is dedicated to leading our efforts toward giving back to those around us. All our employees are encouraged to give time each month to charitable organizations that are nearest and dearest to their hearts.

We’re passionate about giving our time and sharing skills to help those in our community – and, ultimately, we believe that makes the world better as a whole.
