With more than 15 years of sales, marketing and general management experience prior to launching his own business, Stan understands the frustrations of field work all too well.
He started his career in direct sales, and then joined the corporate ranks as a field merchandiser in 1999. For the next 11 years, Stan enjoyed success in a variety of roles, including brand management, sports marketing, major account management and operations. He credits this background with helping discover his absolute passion for providing awesome customer service.
In 2010, he left the corporate world to co-found Movista and says he has “loved every minute” and every learning experience along the way.
Stan holds a management degree from Troy State University and received his MBA from the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton School of Business. It should be noted that you haven’t lived until you’ve gotten to see Stan give a presentation, he’s like magical (and majestic) business unicorn. Seriously, add it to your bucket list.

April is directly responsible for Product Development and Deployment, as well as the Finance arm of Movista.
She was raised in rural Illinois and moved South to attend the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She was chosen to be Captain of the Lady Razorbacks basketball team during her time enrolled there and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She then went on to get her MBA from the Sam M. Walton School of Business.
Before co-founding Movista, April held roles in marketing for Nike’s Chicago office, Tyson Foods Corporate Strategy and Development group and transitioned to various roles on a selling team dedicated to the Sam’s Club and Walmart businesses.
She remains active in the university’s business school and serves as a leader on several non-profit boards and educational missions worldwide. She’s passionate about product excellence and pushes her team to make sure we’re delivering hands-down the best Movista experience (and that we’re doing it faster and better than anyone else.)
Delivering exceptional results in customer service through account management and product development, Jonathan’s career spans 16 years and includes experience in operations and retail management.
Josh has extensive experience as a technologist and web developer for multiple successful startups. He has played lead technical roles developing, deploying and licensing software. Today Josh ensures that Movista’s client solutions run smoothly and at peak efficiency.
An expert in delivering innovative technology solutions, business planning, and customer relationship management, Jez excels at translating business and operational needs into technical specifications. He has a proven track record of developing team members and client accounts to reach their full potential and deliver business results.
Mike has contributed to the care and curation of key Movista accounts since 2012. Prior to joining the company, he served clients in the Madison, WI, area as a consultant and oversaw key operations at Spectrum Brands.
Liz has forged a career that blends experience in digital agencies, strategic consultancies and start-up companies. She has worked in retail and healthcare for the last 15 years, charting time with companies like Kaiser Permanente, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Dillard’s, Proctor and Gamble and many more.
As an early employee of Northwest Arkansas content marketing leader Collective Bias, Brad built the company’s first analytics and sales strategy teams. He has built a career around solving business problems through the application of unique technologies to drive success.
Movista LLC is a Software as a Service Company, founded in Bentonville, Arkansas by Stan Zylowski and April Seggebruch in 2010. Based on their personal experience in the field, they had a vision to revolutionize the way teams worked together, as well as how leadership could manage those teams more seamlessly.
